Neil has just finished installing interlocking bow top fencing around Alan Titchmarsh's pond. Started in the fencing trade in 1997 and after working in the trade for 6 years decided to start NSM Fencing in 2003. Since then NSM fencing has grown and specialises in timber, concrete, railings, diamond drilling and gates.
