All our Frame, Brace and Ledge doors are made to high specification using traditional mortice and tenon joints which are glued and screwed together for added strength.
All Framed doors have a 70mm thick framework with a 20mm thick board set into the frame.
All Brace and Ledge gates have a 145mm x 45mm framework which is screwed together then all the boards are gl;ued and screwed on to the face.
Unsorted redwood doors (best quality softwood) all screw holes etc are filled with a good quality wood filler before being sanded smooth ready for treatment.

All our heavy duty fence panels are made to measure, we take the overall run then divide it to make equal panels, this gives better asthetics as there will be no half panels at one end.
The panels are made using a 4" x 1 1/2" framework which is screwed together, the boards are nailed to the face.

We can install the traditional timber decking but strongly believe that Trex composite decking is the best product on the market.
Traditional timber decking does not last as long as Trex decking, it also has to be maintained regularly either treating or cleaning it as it can become very slippery in the winter.

We strongly recomend if you are thinking of automating yor gates that you fit them onto a 'frog' underground system, this type of automation uses a box set into the ground and then only applies pressure to the bottomrail of the gates.
When a 'ram' system is used most installers fit them half way up the gates, they generally rely on a centre stop for the closed position, when using rams they push until the system eventually clicks off, this generally pushes the gates out of shape and twists them, this is why we recomend the underground system.
