Before starting his own business in 2005, John Tyler began his working life in 1983 at Lewis Tyler & Sons (Fencing) Ltd., a company founded by his late Grandfather. John started at the bottom, cutting timber primarily for the manufacture of Tylap (R) fence panels. He progressed to erecting fencing and learnt the trade from his own Father, Alan - who has been, and remains in, the fencing business since the 1950's.
